Topical nonsteroidal anti-inflamatory use for the relief of pain, inflammation, and swelling in posttraumatic inflammation of tendons, ligaments, muscles and joints (e.g., due to sprains, strains or bruises), localized forms of soft-tissue rheumatism (e.g., tendonitis, epicondylitis, shoulder-hand syndrome and periarthropathy), and the local management of degenerative joint conditions (e.g., osteoarthritis of the peripheral joints and of the vertebral column).
